JUST IN: CJN,Tanko withdraws from Supreme Court panel for governorship electionsThe Chief Justice of Nigeria, Muhammed Tanko has withdrawn from the Governorship panel for Justice Sylvester Ngwuta from Ebonyi state to continue.

According to Legit News, another judge is leading the five-member panel of justices delivering judgment on governorship elections after Imo state controversy.

Tanko Muhammed, the chief justice of Nigeria was not in court to take the leading position judgement in the governorship appeal on Kano state.

Justice Sylvester Ngwuta is leading the five-member panel of justices.

Meanwhile, the Apex court has affirmed the elections of, Governor Abdullahi Ganduje , Tambuwal of Sokoto state and Mohammed Bello of Bauchi state.
